TURKISH READY MIXED CONCRETE ASSOCIATION CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LABORATORY
Turkish Ready Mixed Concrete Association established a Construction Materials Laboratory in Kavacık, İstanbul. Experiments testing the conformity of raw materials used in concrete and of concrete itself to standards will be carried out in this laboratory, and this will provide an opportunity to carry out the required control process. The new laboratory which is equipped with all the instruments and infrastructure to carry out the necessary concrete, cement, aggregate and additive tests will be providing service nearly to the whole of the sector. The firms that constitute the main service range of the laboratory include ready mixed concrete producers, aggregate producers, cement producers and ready mixed concrete certification institutions such as the QAS.
